An exclusive capsule collection came to life, celebrating the fusion of art and fashion, leaving a trail of creativity in every city.
The event turned boutique windows into countdown timers, signaling the approach of the exclusive capsule. The collection unveiled hoodies and shirts adorned with the unique imprints of each city, paying homage to its spirit and identity. However, art extended beyond clothing. Off-White™ invited artists to create works capturing the essence of each city. Throughout the evening, guests had the opportunity to take home posters featuring prints by artists celebrating the beauty and diversity of the involved cities—an innovative and engaging way to bring art beyond traditional boundaries and make it accessible to everyone.
Among the artists who stole the spotlight is Cubia, a young artistic collective that captured the attention of Off-White™. Cubia was called to breathe new life into the representation of Miami in the exclusive collection—a challenge they embraced with creativity, presenting a series of proposals that captured the vibrant essence of the city.
The collective, comprised of artists under 30, showcased its distinctive style, presenting about ten proposals. Cubia’s creative process was a dance of ideas, a fusion of young talents collaborating to create something extraordinary. Inspired by Virgil Abloh, who views life as a symphony of contributions, Cubia sought individual strength and collective unity. As expressed by Virgil: “Life is collaboration. Where I think art can be sort of misguided is that it propagates this idea of itself as a solo love affair—one person, one idea, no one else involved.” This perspective fueled the creation of a unique and collective work of art that won the heart of Off-White™, transforming Miami’s vision into an artistic icon.
