Who’s the winner? Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana and DHL collaborated to organise ‘Young designer Dhl Award’. What is it exactly? It’s a kind of contest for young designers in which they have the chance to win a series of logistics services from DHL, sustainable of course, with the Zero Emissions target for 2050. Power to young and to sustainability!
So, who did win? The winner is Dhruv Kapoor, 1988 generation, passionate about fashion and luxury, he worked for Vogue India and Etro, until a few years ago. He then decided to found his menswear and womenswear brand, Kapoor. It was also awarded by Vogue India as the best emerging brand, well done! The collection that presented for this occasion is the spring summer 2023, entitled ‘The dreamer’. Basic garments mainly oversized, soft and squared overwhelmed by an explosion of flowers, prints and bright colours that reflect the Indian tradition.
