Do you like wine? (Who doesn’t like it?!) Are you passionate about fashion? Do you have a sustainable lifestyle or do you want to start following it? This article is for you.
Vegea managed to perfectly combine these elements: wine, fashion and sustainability. The company, which deals with the integration between science and agriculture, created Wineleather, vegetable leather made in Italy produced through skins, seeds and grape stalks, i.e from waste of wine production. Where could it happen if not in Italy, a country that boasts the greatest production of wine in the world?
The interesting thing about this type of material is that it is 100% sustainable: no oil or other pollutants are used, no animals are killed or mistreated, and the use of water is minimal, avoiding any kind of damage or waste.
Vegea has already collaborated with some brands, including Calvin Klein, Serapian of Richemont Group, & Other Stories, le Coq Sporti, H&M, Bentley and many others!
