Also Serapian decides to give confidence to the digital world. The brand was founded in 1928 by a family very united by the passion for design and craftsmanship. One of the icons of the brand is the mosaic bag, in which the nappa strips are intertwined one with an other, creating a geometric design.

As we all know, it’s difficult to break away from tradition and habit, especially when our habits have always brought us positive results. But nowadays it becomes essential to keep up with trends and news, this means being always updated and open to change!

For this reason, Serapian, despite being very tied to tradition, decided to collaborate with Triboo, a digital transformation factory, so that they can manage e-commerce, costumer care, graphic design, email marketing and digital strategy. It seems obvious for us Millennials but not everyone is ready to rely on the technological world.
