And here we go, on September 7th Gigi officially launched her brand. Guest in Residence. The brand is specialised in knitwear with a minimal and basic but elegant style, all at the same time. The price range is medium-high, some items reach € 400. This is because the material with which they are produced, in addition to being biodegradable, comes directly from Mongolia, renowned for the production of high-quality yarns.
Now I know what you’re wondering, why this name, Guest in Residence? As Gigi Hadid wrote on the home of her e-commerce “We are guests on this planet and in our bodies. Guests in our clothes. Guests when we travel or step out of our comfort zone.” The goal is to create timeless garments that go beyond time and beyond our existence.
