“Love didn’t meet her at her best. It met her in her mèss.” This is one of the phrases of an artwork that went viral on social media. But who is the artist? His name is Pietro Terzini, a young guy who works for a New Media Agency in Milan by day and devotes himself to his art by night. Irony, fashion and sustainability, these are his watchwords. Pietro has always been saving various bags and packaging from luxury purchases, or he finds them around the streets of Milan or some of his friends get them for him. Why not write graffiti on them with meaningful phrases in an ironic or romantic vein and turn them into art?
He started posting his works on his instagram account @pietro.terzini and in a short time he reached 228k followers. Not only that, his first physical exhibition was opened on February 9th, creating a large gathering of young and old alike outside the Glauco Cavaciuti Gallery. Within a few days, most of his works were sold from €3,000 up to €14,000.
