What do fashion and philosophy have in common? Two forms of art and creativity that seem so far from each other… or maybe not! The book written by Alessandro Michele and Emanuele Coccia will explain it to us.
Emanuele Coccia is an Italian philosopher who lives in Paris and teaches at the École des Hautes Études en Sciences Sociales (EHESS), a school of contemporary human science. His last lecture Harvard University are about Michele. Some of his books are: ‘Plant Life: Metaphysics of Mixing’, ‘Metamorphosis’ and ‘House Philosophy’
Instead, Alessandro Michele is creative director of Gucci, as many already know. After studying at the Academy of Costume and Fashion and after collaborating with Karl Lagerfeld and Silvia Venturini Fendi, he became an expert in leather goods.
